In accordance with the Law on Trade Companies and the Statute of Makedonski Telekom AD - Skopje, the Shareholders’ Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Executive member of the Board of Directors, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, are authorized to adopt resolutions within their competence.
